In order to be part of Voucher Freak's program, you must understand English, and you must be at least 18 years old or be at least 13 years old with parental consent. You are allowed one account only, and you may not create multiple accounts or use proxy servers/IP address hiders when accessing Voucher Freak or filling out surveys.
You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and when registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned will not be refunded.
Voucher Freak will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.
Voucher Freak reserves the right to cancel any account (with loss of all points and no refunds) that it deems is dangerous to it's advertisers, and is suspected of committing fraud. Account closure will be at the discretion of Voucher Freak alone.
Gift cards/gift vouchers are sent within 3 business days of request. Voucher Freak does not pay out to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information, or not enough points. In some cases payments may require additional time than indicated above to be processed. Points may not be received instantly and vouchers may take longer to be delivered. As there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions, by participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Voucher Freak has received payment from its advertisers.
